Implement a comprehensive Youth Life-Skills Program that encompasses all grades, starting from grade 7 and beyond.
The objective of this Program is to provide young individuals with the necessary skills, tools, knowledge, and capabilities to make intelligent and well-informed decisions, enabling them to effectively overcome any challenges, obstacles, difficulties, or disappointments they may encounter.
Furthermore, by assisting our youth in actively pursuing their aspirations and ambitions, we can enable them to fully realize their capabilities as they embark on their professional journey.
Should funding for a potential Life-Coach prove difficult to secure, Transformation International is willing to explore the idea of Empowerment Packages with Youth Institutions.
Package costs will be applied to students' monthly school invoices and will vary based on the number of students enrolled in each youth institution (+-R30 - R55 each month).
Option 1
The actual services required by the School will be discussed and negotiated on an individual basis.
Included in the monthly fee includes:
Extensive Life-skills Program, with a trained Life Coach available Monday to Friday, barring school holidays.
Monthly motivational seminars for learners.
Trauma Debriefing and Parent, Staff, and Learner Counselling.
Add-Ons:
Seminars and workshops for both girls and boys.
A Finishing Workshop for Grade 7 and 12 boys and girls at the end of the school year.
Camps exclusively for girls, exclusively for boys, and mixed groups.
One workshop or seminar each semester for support staff and educators.
Parent and child workshops and seminars.
The school's mentorship program for chosen leaders.
Payment Options
Choice 1
The mandated amount, which varies based on the number of students in your institution, will be added to each learner's monthly school fees by the School. Additionally, the School will pay Transformation International a monthly sum in one payment, based on the number of students in the School.
Choice 2
Parents may choose to pay the school an annual fee. The School then pays a monthly fee to Transformation International based on the number of students in the School.
For example...
Parents will pay R30 x 11 months = R330 for the school year (excluding December) if there are 1000 or more students enrolled in the program.
Choice 3
The monthly school fees of students are not affected in any way. Alternatively, the Empowerment Package's monthly cost will be covered by a Sponsor chosen by the School or College.
Option 2
The school may designate a Life-Coach of its own, and Transformation International may provide training for them.
If the candidate passes the evaluation and complies with our stringent requirements, he or she will be approved as a Life-Coach and able to introduce the Life-Skills Program to students at your college, institution, or school.
Fees for Suggested services will be negotiated on an individual basis.
Option 3
Ad hoc workshops and/or motivational sessions based on your needs [on any topic specified on our webpage]. Each individual session’s cost will be covered by the school or youth institution.
